Reel Nice View

Clean, organized, fully stocked with all essentials, pet-friendly.

We had a great stay at Reel Nice View! The home feels very new and high-end, with beautiful décor and lots of attention to detail. The beds were extremely comfortable, and there was plenty of room for everyone to spread out and relax. The lake views and sunsets were beautiful, and we really enjoyed the large dock and outdoor spaces. The location was also very convenient to Westlake and Bridgewater Plaza. A beautiful, comfortable home that we would definitely recommend!

We’ve been getting VRBO’s at Smith Mountain Lake for close to 20 years now & this was by far the best house we’ve been to. Very clean, easy to get to, great location, great floor plan & well built house each section of the house feels quiet & private. 5 plus star home!

Reel Nice View provides the ideal setting to enjoy a family vacation. The home is beautiful and provides a perfect combination of family gathering places throughout the house on the deck, around the fire pit or on the dock while also providing enough bedrooms to enjoy some solitude. Every connivence you could desire is provided at the house to include a fully equipped kitchen, laundry room, grill, games, puzzles and a garage full of fun activities to include ping pong, pop a shot and cornhole. The home is easy to navigate and labels throughout the house makes things easy to find. The best part is the house has its own dock where you can enjoy the beautiful view, swim or fish. Our stay at Reel Nice View will be a cherished family memory and we will certainly come back!
