Pine and Paddle

We had an amazing time at Pine and Paddle. The house is so ADORABLE and comfortable, with all the perfect accommodations. We loved the gentler slope of the backyard and the walk to the dock, which we had a blast on. The huge dock has so much to offer, including the use of the dock's cabana. Renting a boat and docking it there was suoer easy. Floating off the dock was pleasant as well. Truly the week was amazing. Thank you for sharing your house with us.

We recently stayed at this stunning lake house with our family, and it was an unforgettable experience that exceeded all expectations! From the moment we arrived, we were blown away by the breathtaking views. The house itself is spacious, and impeccably clean, with plenty of room for all of us to spread out comfortably. The open-concept living area was a hit, with cozy seating and large windows that let in tons of natural light. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed to whip up meals together. The kids (and adults!) loved the game room downstairs, complete with a pool table and board games that kept everyone entertained for hours. Outside, the private dock was perfect for swimming, boating, and fishing—our kids couldn’t get enough of jumping into the water. The property’s expansive lawn gave the kids ample space to run around, while the adults relaxed on the deck. Every detail was thoughtfully designed, from the comfy beds to the high-speed Wi-Fi. SML Vacation Rentals were incredibly responsive, ensuring we had everything we needed. We all agreed this was one of our best vacations yet—there wasn’t a single thing we didn’t love. The house was clean, cozy, and perfect for our family—from the beautiful decor and layout to the stunning lake views, it had everything we needed to relax and enjoy time together. The deck and dock areas were favorite hangouts, and we especially loved the hammock and fire pit for quiet evenings by the water. Midway through our trip, the A/C unexpectedly went out, but the rental agency (SML Vacation Rentals) and owners were absolutely amazing to work with. They jumped on the issue right away and had a brand-new system installed the very next day! That kind of responsiveness and care made a huge difference and showed us how much they truly value their guests' comfort. The kids loved the game room and ping-pong table downstairs, and having two refrigerators made meal planning so easy. We also appreciated the quiet neighborhood, the canoe, and the little extras that made the place feel like home. Despite the hiccup, this was one of our best vacations yet—looking forward to coming back next summer.
