Grandview Pointe

As a family, we have voted to come back! The water access for our pontoon rental was perfect. The parking area for cars was perfect. Being able to sit our family around one table for our dinners (every night but one) was perfect, the deck for morning coffee was used as each person woke up, the window seat in the sitting/dining room was a favorite for reading. The dock was the best we have we have seen by far! The slope from the house to the lake was easy for all. The play set was fun for the younger grands. The kitchen was well-equipped. This week had 3 family birthdays, so a cake was baked and desserts were created along with the requested birthday dinners. The garage refrigerator was perfect for drinks and ice cream! The addition of a wet dish rack would have been helpful to have stashed under the sink. The bedrooms were comfy. The washer/dryer was convenient. We look forward to another year.!

We absolutely loved everything about our week at Smith Mountain Lake. The home was beautiful and everything we wanted and more. The dock area became our "hang out" spot and it was so beautiful and comfortable. It was the perfect place for our jet skis too. We were glad to be able to play ping pong and cornhole with our grown children and our grandchildren. We loved this home so much that we are hoping to rent it again next summer the same week. Our experience was simply amazing. This was our 2nd year in a row spending a week on the lake. We will be back. Thank you to everyone who worked so hard to make our vacation so enjoyable and memorable. We wouldnt change a thing other than wanting to stay at Smith Mountain Lake longer than a week.

One of the most well equipped houses I have ever stayed in. Kitchen had everything we needed and more. Baby highchair, and pack and play available too. The new dock is incredible and also so well equipped. The home is beautiful inside and out. We will definitely be back.
